i have a i7 10700 and a 1660 super it says I cant use Booster Prime as my requirements to optimization are to low?

Untick "Read Only" for the game's settings file (GameUserSettings.ini). Send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 if the problem persists.
It was already unticked and thus doesn't fix it.
