I was trying to get an activation code with a pre-existing account, and I thought I had to register with a brand new account. So I deleted the account and signed up again with the same email. Didn’t work, so I went to the support page and got my activation code by using my serial number, then when I tried to sign in with the original email I couldn’t, so I made a new account using a different email, had to delete it again, made it again, and now both those accounts are disabled. Also, how can I get a direct conversation with support? Every time I press chat I get sent to razersupportcom which is useless because it’s not the headset that’s the problem.
