Razer Kraken V4 and Blackshark V2 both very newly purchased headsets randomly no matter which one I decide to use, jack the volume to 100% all by their onesies. I havent found a pattern as to how and why or when they do this.
ALso my Krakens chat microphone on discord gets garbled and sounding like Optimus Prime, which is why a friend ended up being frustrated with hearing it happen all the damn time and bought m the Blackshark since he knew I just spent 170 buck on the kraken that has PHENOMINAL sound but garbage ass micro-phone.
PLEASE HELP resolve these with me!
