Bottom Case screws loose / missing on Mercury White

Good day all,

I was wondering if it would be possible to get a replacement bottom case screw for the Mercury White RB15 Advanced? It looks like none of the screws had any kind of thread locker applied to it and all were loose. Unfortunately I didn't notice sooner so I was unable to save the one that went missing somewhere.

I can't even find a replacement set on eBay. I would really like to replace the one that is missing. Hopefully someone can help.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blade 15 inquiry on our Support board. The laptop uses T5 M2-3.5L type and you would need a Torx 5 screwdriver to tighten/loosen the screws. You can find this in local stores that sell computers or other electronic/gadget centers.
Hi, did you manage to purchase these from somewhere, I have a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2019) and added an NvMe card to the laptop and 3 of the screws got burred off when replacing. I have contacted support but am waiting for a response. Thanks.
Hi soloPinkSherbetvine161! Thanks for posting your inquiry here. I advise walking into the stores similar to what I've mentioned above. You can visit our online reseller partners, namely Amazon and Newegg for the T5 M2-3.5L screws availability. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
