I recently bought a brand-new Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL keyboard from an official retailer. However, when I tried to register my product online to complete my setup, I encountered a shocking error message:
"We are unable to provide support for the serial number because it has been reported as a stolen product."
This is a completely sealed, brand-new product, and I have the official purchase invoice/receipt in my hands. I’ve heard this can happen due to a database glitch or a false flag on certain product batches.
I cannot access the standard "Submit a Case" page on the support site due to technical issues loading the links. Can a Razer Support Staff or Moderator here please reach out to me via Direct Message (DM) so I can provide my invoice and serial number to get this sorted out?
