Bought a brand new razer Blackshark V2 x but upon registering it says that my product is already registered

So upon receiving it. I have a major issue since i cant register it on the razer account in order to use all the function despite i received it brand new and sealed. I attached the conversation with razer support which they said that the item is pre loved or already using by other user which is impossible since the product is supposed to be brand new. I attached all the required pictures that needed includtion the receipt and video of the unboxing proof that its sealed and brand new.

I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE IF NEEDED.
