I want to turn off and on the light and change the dpi if that's doable.

    You can try installing Synapse 2.0 from here. If that doesn't work, I will need the serial number to verify the model. Send that to me via PM so I can point you in the right direction. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
