Hello, I'm confused and hoping for clarification. I have a deathadder elite that I purchased august 2019. One of the grip pads on the side just detached from the mouse. Looking at the Razer website, I saw a warranty period of two years for mice. Yet, when I entered my mouse's serial number it claims it's no longer covered. Can anyone explain why?

Razer will honor our customer claim as soon as the team verified its entitlement on the proof of purchase. If you are residing outside the US and the mouse was purchased from a physical store, please contact your reseller to get a faster replacement.
