Bought mouse in 7/19 but support says serial out of warranty?
Hello, I'm confused and hoping for clarification. I have a deathadder elite that I purchased august 2019. One of the grip pads on the side just detached from the mouse. Looking at the Razer website, I saw a warranty period of two years for mice. Yet, when I entered my mouse's serial number it claims it's no longer covered. Can anyone explain why?
