I recently bought new Razer BlackShark V2 X but everytime i enter activation code it keep showing license code is invalid. Anyone have solution for this?

Did you guys try to register for warranty first? how is it? the product able to register or not? here where to register Product Registration.

same problem with me.any solution? i already register my headset at razer software but cannot activate 7.1 surround software

Was the code included in the box? I just got the same headset and don't have one.
