Bought the razer chair but one plastic part is broken.

As the title says one plastic part of the chair was broken right in the box before opening I had picture of the box before I opened it. It is the plastic cover on the right hand side that covers the lever and I wanted to know if something like this happened to someone before and if there is a possibility of it being replaced by not sending the whole chair or seat part. I already contacted for help with chat assistant but only with a bot I'm not to sure if it made a ticket that will give me further support.
