Bought used Kraken X headphones, but they didn't come with an activation code.
So I bought a pair of used Kraken X headphones from Amazon recently. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the headphones were sent to me with the card that has the activation code on it. Is it possible for me to get a new activation code so I can use the surround sound software? Thanks in advance.

That's odd. Razer Kraken X headset should come with a scratch code. In any case, PM me the serial number of your device, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID, so I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation.
