Brand knew Razer Opus Headphones, buzzing and crackling

Question

I Have just purchased These headphones and they crackle and buzz especially when moving. We've tried all the trouble shooting and nothing has worked. Can someone please help as to what to do next? They're only a week or so old! I don't seem to be able to call or have a contact email regarding this. Many thanks.
