Brand new headset, just purchased today from Microcenter. It is against store policy to accept returns for anything that is a microphone, otherwise I would have returned it already.
The microphone horribly crackles and is unbearable. I have used canned air to clean out the input audio jack and it still crackles.
This only happens when using the wireless dongle and the microphone works over Bluetooth.
