Hi all





So I just brought the Basilisk Ultimate. Plugged it in and fully charged it through the cable. Set up the dock and Synapse software. Have used it since Thursday afternoon, then today Saturday midday it just stopped working no lights sitting on the dock or if the cable is plugged in. I have uninstalled Synapse 3 reinstalled rebooted. I have repaired Synapse 3 rebooted. I can see the docking station in Synapse 3 but it says the mouse is not connected and looks like a red power button under pic of the mouse. It is turned on, sitting on the charger and no lights. I have plugged it into my laptop with the cable and nothing no lights no new hardware found.





Has the battery died. Should I return it under warranty.
Based on your description of the problem and what you've already tried to troubleshoot, you may be right with this being a hardware issue. That said, send me the serial number of your mouse so I can check for other possible solutions before we go the RMA route.
