Just got a basilisk v3 pro 35k in phantom green. The mouse sometimes freezes after pointer jumps/lags momentarily. When it freezes it even disappears in Synapse.
Using the 2.4hz usb for now. I haven’t tried wired or bluetooth, but this shouldn’t happen anyway.
Anyone experiencing things like this?

Are you referring to Razer Basilisk V3 Pro (RZ01-04620)? If yes, please update its firmware if you haven’t yet, and see if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
