Brand new Blade 14 and the THX audio option is gone after 2 days

So I recently received my blade 14 and have been enjoying it so far but today my audio was acting odd so I opened the sound settings and hit troubleshoot. Windows then asked me a few questions and if I could hear the sound windows just played. I responded no and then windows reinstalled my audio drivers. Since then my speakers have sounded awful and I no longer have the THX option that was originally default.

    Can you still see the THX Spatial Audio driver in the device manager? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows OS installed. Then, try the Windows Troubleshooter by following the guide on this link. Do note that the THX drivers built into the laptop is not something you can download anywhere. We may have to submit a request to get a copy of the factory image if the ones you have are broken. Send me the serial number of your RB14 if the problem persists. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
