Hi guys. I just got my new DeathAdder V2 pro. It works wired. It works with Bluetooth but when I try to use the 2.4gz dongle it just won't work. 

I've used the pairing tools and it says it's all paired but and ready to use but when I change to 2.4 mode it just shuts off 

Everything has been updated to the latest firmware too. I've also tried multiple computers and it just won't work.

Can't contact Razer support because the mouse isn't covered by them anymore or something. Can't even get an email address to try to talk to them for help which is beyond a joke.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. I'd like to use my wireless mouse wirelessly.
