Purchased a new pair of Hammerhead True wireless buds (white) and they don’t charge or turn on. Case will charge until the light turns green, but if disconnected from power the light goes red. If left plugged in, buds still won’t even attempt to turn on.
Anyone have a solution or do I just have to return them?
