Is it connected directly into USB port on the motherboard (preferred USB 3.0 and above), and not via USB HUB?

Hey guys! Try the steps here for further isolation. Make sure to update the Synapse 3 application as well, for it to fetch necessary updates for your keyboard. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its device's specifications and look for other workarounds to address the connection issue.
