I recently bought a pair of Razer Kraken V4 Pro, and its been an absolute nightmare getting any of this to work. For reference, I’ve been a fan of the Kraken series since the V2s, so I have an idea of what to expect as far as haptic feedback.
I bought and installed S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 as o was curious how Sensa HD will work and..nothing. I can feel the haptics lightly when the game first starts to load, and then nothing. i’m aware that the haptics are supposed to kick in for specific moments, but theres literally no haptic feedback at all. i went back to Synapse 4 to adjust my settings and swapped my settings to Audo-to-haptics, and i got some pretty weak feedback when i next launched the game and played around for a few minutes.
i also went ahead and ran the factory reset option from Synapse 4 just in case, and i still don’t hear any kind of a difference when using Razer Sensa HD. this is really disappointing..
