Brand new Mamba wireless not charging

Hi team, I got my first ever Razer product recently, the mamba wireless mouse and enjoying it via the cable. I noticed a big issue where the battery never seem to charge, even if I turn 'off' the wireless and leave the cable many hours to charge, it's still on 0% and it I disconnect the cable it will blink red and stop. I don't understand how come brand new wireless mouse doesn't charge and can't be used wirelessly. I checked: - latest firmware, nothing to update. - charged with cable many house while wireless is OFF (or ON, no change in both). - other devices from other vendors are able to charge. Any tips? Please charge the mouse for at least two hours then test if the problem persists. In any case, send me the serial number of your Mamba Wireless, so I can check for other possible solutions. By the way, where did you purchase the device? *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
