Brand New Razer Hammerhead Wireless X not working

I am having problems with my brand new Razer Hammerhead Wireless X. I charged it as requested on the side of the box and when the led on the case went green I tried connecting them. Opening the case didn’t turn on the earphones as the light indicators on the sides didn’t light up. I tried pressing on the indicator both to manually turn them on and to reset them, all without any progress. What could I do to fix my issue or what am I possibly doing wrong?

Thanks for sharing your concern here. No worries, let me help you! Could you please try connecting your Razer Hammerhead to your mobile device or another audio source to properly isolate the issue?
