Brand New Razer Kraken Headset mic not working in Windows 10

Hi,
So I just received my brand new Green Kraken Headset and for some reason Windows doesn't see it. The audio will work through the headphones but the mic won't work at all. It's all good on my PS4 - just nothing on the Windows laptop.
I really bought these for Teams/Zoom as much as for gaming. Can someone please help me out?
