I have just received a brand new viper v2 pro (white) mouse, but the dongle/wireless feature is not working. Every time I try to plug the dongle into my pc or anything it does not pick it up. I am only able to use the wired feature on the mouse, but not the wireless feature, Also I’ve already tried updating firmware and other things, but since the dongle is not even being picked it up/read, I am not able to do anything.
