Brand new viper v4 pro left and right clicking not registering

I just bought the new razer viper v4 pro, but only the side buttons and the scroll wheel works… Is there something i am missing or do i need to send it back?

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with your new Razer Viper V4 Pro where only the side buttons and the scroll wheel are working, while the main buttons or other functions are unresponsive. 

Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.

Addidtionally, please let me know if the issue persists when using a different connection method, such as wired or wireless mode? This will help us further isolate the cause of the issue.
