Brand new Viper V4 Pro not charging past 67-69&

Hello,
I received a new Viper V4 Pro today, and the mouse has been charging all day, it hasn’t gotten past 69%.  I tried to manually reset the mouse (turning it off then holding LMB+RMB+MMB) then when it I turned it back on it maxed out at 67%.  The V3 Pro I was replacing did not have this issue it always showed the appropriate charge level.

I have rebooted a couple times since then, and synapse shows the mouse at 67%.  I’ve even changed USB Ports but nothing has helped

What can I do to address this?

I’m sorry to hear about the charging issue with your Razer Viper V4 Pro. Please make sure the mouse firmware. is up to date. Test the mouse on a different system without Synapse if possible, and ensure it is plugged directly into a PC USB port and not through a USB hub.
