Brand New Viper V4 Pro Right click not working

Hello, my viper v4 pro came in and the right click will not work with the dongle, or wired. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Fridge_-_Razer,

I understand that that your Razer Viper V4 Pro right-click is not working in both wired and wireless mode. If I may ask, was the mouse working fine before, or did this happen as soon as you received it? Also, does the right-click feel normal, or does it feel stuck or softer than the left-click?

To isolate the issue, please try testing the mouse on a different computer without Razer Synapse installed, and make sure it is connected directly to the USB port, not through a USB hub. If the issue still happens, send me a PM with the mouse serial number so I can verify the model and check for other possible steps. All the best!
