Just got this today brand new from Razer. Took it outta the box and the right click was not working. I’ve updated the firmware, ran it on another computer without synapse installed, and uninstalled and reinstalled synapse. It still does not work.

If you’ve already troubleshooted the software that much and it’s still not working, it was likely dead on arrival. Double-check the button isn’t bound to something else, try both wired vs wireless, and different USB ports.
If all troubleshooting has still failed, raise a support ticket with serial number and order number. They’ll likely be able to commence RMA. Good luck.

I understand that you’re experiencing input issues with your right click. Can you reset your mouse via Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address it.
