Bring back the ability to buy Razer USB Bluetooth dongles

I can’t lie not being able to purchase something as necessary as the bluetooth USB dongle for headsets, mice etc. It really doens’t look good on Razer removing that. 

I get it yeah there replacements out there but for those who still have warranty on their products and for them to have to go through a gut wretching process of all the back and forths dealing with support after support rep and then being told cutting their charging wires/usb dongles etc.

Anyways please do something about this as I’m in the same boat as so many others who have either lost their dongle, or their dongle has broken. I just hope that someone somewhere sees this and they actually get this sorted because using a wireless headset on a wire is killing me inside.

Please push this post so someone higher-up sees this.

I have been trying to get a new dongle for over a year now. I replied to many “razer” associates who had told customers to PM them to start the order process for a new dongle only to be left on read. My customer service claim went absolutely nowhere and now I can’t even buy one since the process took too long. I am so beyond annoyed!! These products are meant to be used for a long time!! Replacement parts should be available.

 

Planned obsolescence is so slimy.
