Broken 3.5 mm jack cable | Razer Insider

I own blackshark v2 pro headseat and recently my removable 3.5 mm jack cable stoped working corectly. The cable only works in certain positions i tried to use it with different devices and it has the same problem with them. I can't buy a new original one because you don't sell them on your website and I can't buy a 3.5 mm jack in my local stores because the plastic near the end of the cable is too thick and it doesn't fitt the headphones. What am I supposed to do?
Hey there! Are you referring to Razer Blackshark V2 (3.5mm) or Blackshark V2 Pro (USB type)? If it's the 3.5mm-enabled model, did you try connecting it to a mobile device too and check if the if cables still fail? Were there any incidents that happened to the device or the cable before the issue? How often do you remove the cable? Also, when you try to connect the device, was it detected on your computer but not working? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM and let's continue our conversation from there.
