Broken Blackshark v2 pro. How can I claim warranty? | Razer Insider

I went to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/account/account_overview page and it brought up all of my registered devices on my account with "Get Support" buttons, but all of these buttons doesn't work. I went to the option where it says "Get support by phone, chat, or email" when I press Contact Support and select my product it asks me to put the serial number then show me "We were unable to locate your serial number in the system. Please check that you have entered the correct serial number." I want to claim warranty because my headset "Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023" hinge bracket just snapped when I attempted to wear it. It was a quick brittle break and now I can't wear it. This is common issue on this model because many people had the same issue as I seen on Reddit.
