Hello, I accidentally broke my USB dongle. It’s not completely destroyed, but the tiny four connectors have detached from the small board. I bought this headset because it was advertised as one of the top models on the market. However, I didn't realize there was a difference between the 2023 model and the one I received, since they are both named Blackshark V2 Pro. I ended up paying $199 on a Bulgarian online store for what I now see was misleading promotion, and the headset has defective connectivity.
From the moment I first turned them on, the right side wasn't working. After restarting, it worked for a while, but during gameplay, I noticed the connection kept dropping and reconnecting. I initially thought these issues were due to my router or a faulty USB hub, so I didn't worry much. After some time, I tried everything I could find online to fix the problem—switching USB ports and trying various solutions—but nothing worked. Eventually, the USB dongle broke because it was sticking out too far. When my wife was cleaning the table, she accidentally touched it, and half of the USB dongle was left on the table.
No one in this town is capable of soldering such small connectors. The sound quality is awful when using the analog connection, and there is zero noise cancellation on the mic—it sounds like I'm speaking from inside a microwave. Can you tell me how to replace the dongle or how to repair it?
