broken dongle Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. Where and how to get replacement?

I got The headset as a Christmas present last year and for around 3 months the dongle has been having issues staying connected with the cable, disconnecting from the slightest movement and also making it a lot harder for the cable to properly connect. What way would I be able to replace it and what would the costs be?
