Broken Green Channel on Razer Blackwidow X Chroma LED

Hello!

About a week ago, the green channel on my Insert key's LED stopped working. This mean that the key's LED color is completely off when it cycles to green, and any other color combo will come out a different hue. To Razer support: Do you guys have a possible firmware fix for this? Uninstalling/Reinstalling Synapse did not work for me.

Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi there! We don't have a firmware for that. Have you tried to use it with another PC to see if the issue persists?

Thank you for the reply!

Yes I have, and it still persists. Since I've seen a few posts here and there about this issue, but no confirmed solution posted, what is the cause of this issue? I'm not sure how the LED system works on this keyboard, but it has only one LED bulb for all the colors, leading me to believe it may be a firmware issue? Heck, I don't know 😛 Hope you guys have other suggestions :)

Thank you again!
