Hey everyone,
I have a Razer Black Widow with green switches which are not under warranty anymore... It works perfectly fine and I am really happy about it! However, the left arrow key stopped working and it is one of the keys I use the most on this keyboard... Basically the little green "plus" under the cap is stuck (cannot press it down). Is there a way to remove the piece completely and to buy a new key (I'd rather not buy another keyboard hahaha)?
Thanks for the help

Were there any incidents that happened to your device before the issue? Did you update the firmware of your Razer BlackWidow? Let's isolate the behavior by following the steps from this link. You can also use a can of compressed air to clean the affected button. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
