The headband of my Razer Kraken V3 X Ultralight headset broke. I would like to know if it is possible to repair or replace it. The sound still works perfectly.
There are previous subjects that finished with PM so I can’t see any solution and I have to create this subject :)
If there is no way to repair it, does the same kind of headset exist, but with a spring steel headband?
The headband of my Razer Kraken X Ultralight also broke. Never mind that the material for the padding at the top of the headband has split open, the problem is the extensions for both earpieces have cracked and can no longer keep the earpieces on properly. I have resorted to retracting both extensions, and using only one earpiece.
I suspect that these parts cannot be replaced, given that there are no responses to the original message from gui84240.
