Bought these Blackshark V2 pro (2023) headphones in May and they already broke. I imagine the warranty doesn't cover it but i'm hoping it does.
Is it possible to order new hinges? Couldn't find any spareparts for the model.

Had for a year and hinges randomly broke, had to 3d print to fix, and seems like this is a common problem, since my friend headset hinges also broke but he didn't even had 1 year
And the 3d printed part will survive atomic bombing xD
What a chit company!! my hinge broke as well and they keep giving me the run around sending me emails that they’re here to help but instead they have 4 cases open and refer me to the original case which they said is closed. These people are SCAM ARTIST!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Then they tell me that I have to pay for a new set so they can inspect mine first. What, so they can tell me it’s my fault when they use cheap plastic for hinges??? I’ll never ever buy anything form Razer again!!!!
