I got my RB15 during black friday this november, the 2018 one, within 4 months i got a bloated battery, 2 weeks ago i sent it to razer for repair, they told me it would be repaired within 1-5 days, 2 weeks later i finally receive it after 3 calls and complaining, and i receive it with a broken hinge , this is a faulty product and faulty repair, am i entitled for a full refund
razer blade is the worst i cant believe how bad their customer support is.
i dont know what else to do , ive never had service this bad,
not only is the hinge broken there are scratches everywhere , i either want an entire new laptop or preferably a refund so i can buy a better brand.
