Nari Ultimate headset broke. Warranty still good but soon to run out. Need full replacement or repairs? Bought off The Shopping ChannelCanada) on November 28, 2020. Pretty sure I go through Razer….

The little 2 piece prong that holds the ear piece broke. Where it’s still under warranty, I was hoping to have it replaced or repaired. I’ve been looking into the issue, and unfortunately I believe because I bought it through a certain online store, nothing can be done. The warranty will not cover it.
