Can you provide more information about the issue you're experiencing with your Razer Nari ultimate headset so I can assist you accordingly?
The little 2 piece prong that holds the ear piece broke. Where it’s still under warranty, I was hoping to have it replaced or repaired. I’ve been looking into the issue, and unfortunately I believe because I bought it through a certain online store, nothing can be done. The warranty will not cover it.
