Broken pipe. Error copying to sd

When I use my razer phone 2 using the 64gb it gives me a broken pipe and cannot continue for ftp transfers. I tried getting a micro SD, but now I cannot copy files to it like that's over 4gb. I am trying download and copy a ISO from debian. I am having problems with multiple ftp programs and for multiple torrent apps the phone crashes taking several minutes to reboot. I tried doing a factory reset, but my problems with the phone has only gotten worse. Internet apps like Firefox, brave and chrome when I try downloading files it just sits there not downloading any data. I have around 30gb of free space on my phone

    I got 200713-001220 as my support number updated. The agent I spoke with is having trouble sending to I need information on the return for repair sent to my email. The agent said I would have to send it in with a repair cost after it arrives , along with a repair label for shipping I don't want any return. I want a tech agent to fix the phone.
