i am trying to find out how I can send my basilisk v3 to get RMA. i was using the sensitivity clutch and I heard a snap sound. i unpressed the button and the button became wobbly. i could not find out how to send a RMA request through razer since I got it for Christmas and cannot access the amazon account it was bought from. Please help me!!
