I am in need of assistance. I am looking to get in contact with support to get my new headphones fixed. I just purchased them from Walmart somewhere in the last two months and upon my arrival home today, i noticed the one earpiece actually broke off. This was not because of any negligence on my part, i take well care of my items. I believe it might be a defect on the plastic. From what I can tell, the plastic had micro fractures and broke off sometime during the day when they were laying on my desk due to the constant stress of the weight.
Headphones work fine, just wonder if they can remount that headpiece for me?
