Hello, my Razer Mamba wireless usb dongle broke this past weekend (it is unusable) and I cannot use the mouse without a replacement. How can I get a replacement of the USB dongle?
I am happy to provide S/N for the mouse if needed. I am located in Texas.
If you do not have any in stick, are you able to at least provide the USB reciever’s part number for this product? (i.e. DGRFG6/DGRFG7). I am not able to see this as the par that broke was the cap of the receiver that had this information as it cracked off and is lost.
