Broken Razer viper ultimate, a software problem?
I first bought a RVU that had a broken rightclick that just did not work at all right out of the box. I contacted the support and they sent me a new one that was delivered to me yesterday. First when I opened the package and plugged in the mouse I almost started to cry like a baby. The rightclick didn't work on this one either. It was like I was pressing it over and over again when I was holding it down if you know what I mean.
Instead of giving up I uninstalled synapse, deleted all the files that is left using this guide https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1708/ and uninstalled the mouse drivers in windows 10. After a reboot it magically worked when I plugged it in!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE
I was happy using it and all until just now. The scroll wheel has stopped working. The click is working but not scroll down or up. I have tested everything again but nothing works. Is there anything I can do now or did this 150$ mouse just brake after 24h? I haven't really had the time to break the thing myself. Any tips? It's so strange. It feels like it must be a software problem but maybe not.
