Broken USB Dongle for Ultimate Viper

Hi, I have to say I'm really disappointed with the build quality of the USB dongle for the Ulimate Viper. The dongle has disintegrated and it seems that the plastic cradle that supports the main circuit board has incredibly thin arms. One of the arms has snapped and the the dongle has fallen apart. I'm very happy with the mouse but I would expect better from a premum product. Please can the item be replaced? Thanks in advance Phil
