My new bsk v3 x hs drains its battery extremely quickly, it only lasts a few day, not even a week. Anyone has any idea why, or is this some kind of defect?

I’m here to help. I understand you're experiencing battery draining issue with your Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed. How often do you use the mouse, and for what activities (gaming, general use)? Was this working fine before? When did the issue start occurring? Please try to perform the troubleshooting step below to isolate the issue:
1. Test your mouse with another computer that doesn’t have Synapse installed.
2. Ensure there are no wireless interference issues if using a wireless model, such as nearby devices or unsuitably placed USB receivers.
If the same problem persists, PM me your mouse serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
