BSOD while using visualizer

When playing music and using the visualizer in Synapse 3 it will play for a few songs but eventually crashes with a bsod. It says WiseTDIFw64.sys failed when it crashes. Anyone have issues with this? Windows 10 btw.

Hello there! Was this working properly before? Also, have you tried to do a reinstallation of Synapse? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

I upgraded to the huntsman elite keyboard the other day. So it’s been like this from day 1. I also have a razer mouse, mouse pad and headset. The headset doesn’t work on synapse 3 so I have synapse 2 installed for that. I’ll try reinstalling.

After uninstalling and reinstalling I tested it for a couple of days and it still happens.
