Hi,
I got this headset as a gift and its bought in another country.
Its the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed WIRELESS*, just to mention that and I have to use it wired on my pc??
The dongle isn’t showing any light, charging, plugged in, whatever I try no light except for one second when I plug it in and the light is barely showing.
Also when I turn on my headset it lights green for 1 or 2 seconds then starts blinking blue for a few seconds then says pairing.
Any fixes or something?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I validate and can check for other workarounds along the way.
