I just purchased a new "Razer Basilisk V3 Pro" mouse and wanted to buy its charging station "Razer Mouse Dock Pro". I've connected everything to my computer and replaced the mouse ring with the one provided with the "Razer Mouse Dock Pro" charging dock. However, I'm unable to charge the mouse when I place it on the charging dock, even though I've updated all the drivers for the mouse and dock. So, I've been at this for 3 hours and nothing works. If I could get some help or explanations on how to resolve this issue, that would be really cool of you and I would be very grateful.
