Hi everyone,
I am living in Vietnam and trying to purchase the THX Spatial Audio software upgrade for my BlackShark V2 X. However, at checkout, the store page blocks me with an error message: "You have an Open RMA, please click here to edit your order."
When I click on that link, it redirects me to my Support History page (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/account/support_history), but both "Pending Payments" and "All RMAs" show "No records found".
Because of this ghost RMA bug, the checkout page is stuck on the US region and completely locks my Billing Address to the United States (+1), so I cannot switch it back to Vietnam to use my local card.
Is there any way to reset my cart session or update my Billing Address to Vietnam on the system so I can complete the payment?
